In February The class began their new topic of 'Growing Things'. The children planted beans and will measure and record their growth each week in their Bean Plant Diary. The children planted some cress seeds as Mother's Day gifts. During Play Based Learning they have been taking on roles in the Garden Centre, using money and weighing and measuring bulbs. They have been looking closely at various flowers, thinking about shapes, colours and textures and created some still life drawings. Take a look at the pictures to find out more!
