Year 1 and Year 2 finished the topic of 'Dinosaurs' which saw them take part in lots of science experiments. Making volcanoes, melting ice fossils and digging for gems. They have started their new topic 'Let's get growing!' They have been very busy planting beans, radishes, cauliflower, cucumber, potatoes and lots more. The school polytunnel will be blooming very soon. The class was very kindly donated bird feeders and seed by a parent. The children really enjoyed choosing the best places to hang the feeders and keeping a watch for any feathered visitors.
